so is it sad that i'm already thinking through my halloween costume for this year? i usually toos around a few ideas on all hallow's for the next year's costume but i'm already formulating outfits for the festival that's still six months away. if only i could plan this far in advance for the things that really matter in life.

what's dad's theme for this year?
I'm trying to decide how to top Rainbow Brite. My biggest problem is thinking of good 'uns the weeks just after Halloween, then promptly forgetting them until the weeks just prior to, so that I'm left scrambling.
Write them down. Like on your mirror in lipstick. (well, in your case, that might not be a viable option... perhaps... a post-it?)
i've never seen a post-it last a year.
no? my spanish book is full of them from my first semester teaching here. but they're practically illegible at this point.
i think dad's theme is pirates. anybody gonna be bale to make it? i've been trying fro years, but this one might be promising since i'll have a pretty normal schedule for once!

yeah, it hink dad is doing pirates - which is what i dressed up as two halloween's ago. if i can go, i will. by that point i'll be working only one job so asking off should be easier.

no, i was born in the 80's....but, you might consult Cap'n John Mason about your plan, since he was a Jack Sparrow two years ago, if i remember correctly.
darren, i think, has decided he'll be the plank, and i am considering a parrot costume. or a mast, complete with tattered skull and crossbones flag...
